My Philosophy
To me, it is simple. Eating whole, unprocessed foods allows the body to obtain the most essential nutrients for the body to function at its highest potential. Staying away from processed foods will keep the mind and body healthy.
By bringing in more whole grains such as quinoa, oats, and other soluble fibers like nuts, seeds, lentils, and sweet potato, the body is able to feel fuller longer and operate at 110%. Unlike processed grains, which are essentially empty of these vital nutrients.
By making small changes to your daily diet, you will surprise yourself by how truly simple it is to incorporate clean foods into your lifestyle. This is me, my lifestyle, my diet, my journey. And yes it is SIMPLE !
